Find the right place to exercise for you, this will of course depend on where you live, this could be a forest, the city centre, by the sea, wherever. As long as it gives you peace of mind then it is perfect.

Exercise is a great way to relieve stress and negative energy, so you will want to find a place which allows you to relax and be calm. It may be somewhere quiet, or somewhere loud, whatever is best for you individually. Pick somewhere away from any negative distractions which may challenge your focus, motivation or peace of mind.
