Attempting What Seems Impossible!

When Lent comes around, millions and millions of people find themselves attempting to give up some unhealthy snack, in my experience, this is rarely ever successful and usually ends with said person gorging on whatever they were trying to drop.

The truth of the matter is that 40 days can seem like a very long time when you can't eat your favourite snacks!

This year I am, as it says in the title, attempting the impossible when it comes to giving something up at Lent, at least for me anyway. I am giving up sweets and chocolate, or at least I am attempting to.

Quite frankly, the chances are that I will cave within a week, especially with chocolate. However, I am planning on being as stubborn with myself as possible!

If I can get through 40 days of no sweets or chocolate then I think that it will contribute massively to me changing my diet - I will (hopefully) rely on these unhealthy snacks less.

This is a short post, but I will be updating you as we progress through Lent.

Give something up with me and we can get through these difficult times together! x
