My Yoga Obsession

I love yoga, and I always try to fit some into my daily routine, generally in the morning when I wake up.

I will usually use my pinterest to dictate the yoga that I do, however I have recently discovered 'Yoga with Adriene' who has a YouTube channel which is perfect for finding the right yoga sequence for you, many of which are quick and easy, which is perfect for me in the mornings before heading off to school!

Yoga is very calming and relaxing and as cliche as this is going to sound- it makes your troubles float away. Honestly! There is nothing more freeing to me than doing yoga.

It has a lot of benefits, it can improve your strength, stamina and flexibility. All things that, for me (as a sportswoman) are very important.

I also do yoga to relieve pain - I get constant pain and aching in my back and other parts of my body. I do some specific yoga poses as well as more general ones to help with that aching and to help develop my back strength and posture as well.
