8 Things You Should Do Every Morning

It's always useful to create a routine for your mornings, these help you in more ways than one. They can be a way to ensure healthy behaviour and productivity, which - in the early hours of the morning - can be an issue!
1. Make Your Bed
Make it a habit to make your bed the moment you get up in the morning. Not only will it help stop you from going straight back to bed again, but it can also make your room look so much cleaner and more organised. When your surroundings are organised, it gives you more motivation for the day ahead!
2. Let The Light In
Open the curtains and let the natural light in. Do this first thing in the morning. It will motivate you to wake up and think properly. It will also help with your mood - seeing the natural light!

3. Drink Up
I will always recommend having a glass or bottle of water by your bed so that when you wake up in the morning you can have a nice, refreshing drink. Not only will this hydrate you but it will help you become more aware!
4. Put Your Clothes Away
Raise your hand if you casually throw your PJ's on the floor every morning! Yes, this simple task that we seem to fail at each morning. Put your clothes away - either in the closet or in the washing, just take a few moments to do this in the morning!
5. Tidy Away Your Makeup
Leaving your makeup everywhere clutters up your room - as well as often leading to the loss of your favourite products! Gather everything up and put it in the right place for the next day!
6. Get Your Comfy Clothes Ready
One of the best moments of the entire day is coming back and getting out of your smart wear and into your sweats and hoodies. To make this process easier, why not get these clothes ready in the morning, so all you have to do is throw them on!
7. Air It Out
OPEN A WINDOW! Let the air in - there is honestly something so nice and refreshing about walking into a breezy, aired room!
8. Leave Something For Yourself
Just before you leave, set up a little gift or snack for when you get back - you will be ever so thankful!
