Never Skip Breakfast

Ever! Breakfast provides you with the much needed energy to get you through the first part of the day. By skipping breakfast you are more likely to snack (unhealthily) more often throughout the day. If you skip it, then you will be hungry earlier for your lunch, and if your lunch time is more flexible, then you may end up eating earlier than you would normally. This will then affect the meals after lunch, and in order to get yourself through to dinner, you are far more likely to eat lots of snacks between lunch and dinner.

It is best to have slow energy release foods for breakfast rather than quick release. Foods such as banana are perfect for this, it can also be very quick- if you are in a rush, just grab a banana and go!
